Your Girl with the Eye for Style has been practicing personal development since 2003 and has been coaching in this field, helping people to move their lives forward.  She works at a deep level helping people to discover their inbuilt negative beliefs and patterns to allow them to move past them.  She believes that a person's appearance or environment is a reflection of the inner state of mind, and that lasting external transformation will occur when the inside has moved forward.
